Raw materials are injected into a reverberatory furnace and melted while temperature management and composition analysis are performed.

Melted aluminum is called molten metal.
Molten metal treatment
Fluxes, gas treatment, etc. are used to remove inclusions and gases, etc. in the molten metal.
The compositions are confirmed by emission spectroscopic analysis.
Molten metal is poured into molds by a continuous casting machine.
Appearance and packaging specifications are inspected.
The products are delivered to automobile parts manufacturers, aluminum can manufacturers, etc.
By-products for making steel
Residue that occurs during melting is called aluminum dross.
The aluminum dross is stirred and separated into aluminum and ash. The separated aluminum becomes the raw material for an alloy again.
Pulverization and classification
Ash is pulverized and sorted based on the size of the grains.
The aluminum composition in the ash is measured.
Multiple ashes are blended, and the ratio of the aluminum composition is adjusted (10 to 70%).
The aluminum composition in the product is inspected.
The products are delivered to steel manufacturers in bags, flexible containers, jet packs (tank trucks), etc.
